Quand utiliser cette fonction ?
Parfois, votre connexion Internet est si faible qu'il n'est pas possible d'appeler via VoIP. Même dans ce cas, l'application offre la possibilité de passer des appels sortants avec votre numéro professionnel. Cela se fait via Call Through. Cette fonctionnalité fonctionne de la manière suivante.
Setting up a Call Through call
- Enter the phone number you want to call.
- Press call.
- Your mobile provider now calls an 085 number from Voys.
- Press call again.
Our 085 number then forwards the call to the number you have chosen.
We cover these forwarding costs. The receiving party will simply see your business number.
The costs for calling this number are charged by your mobile provider and are usually covered by your calling plan.
Note! Outside the EU, roaming charges may apply from your mobile provider!
Call Through et enregistrement des appels
Les appels avec l'application Voys via Call Through ne sont pas enregistrés. L'enregistrement des appels sortants fonctionne via des comptes VoIP ou un trunk. Call Through n'est pas cela. Lorsque vous appelez un client, votre fournisseur mobile appelle d'abord un numéro 085 de Voys. Notre numéro 085 transfère ensuite l'appel vers le numéro que vous avez choisi.
